M & A

“M & A” is short for „Mergers and Acquisitions“.

M & A stands for every procedure in relation to transferring and debiting on the title of a company, especially purchases, sales, company successions or mergers. That also includes consolidation, reframing and restructuring of corporations and groups of companies, mergers and transformations in the legal sense, legal advice on funding of the acquisition of a business, formation of a cooperative venture and consultation regarding takeovers.
